We may be coming out of Iowa’s version of Frozen, but Marshall County’s Emergency Management Coordinator is already thinking Spring…and the severe weather that follows. Kim Elder says Severe Weather Awareness Week is the week of March 22nd. That also means the severe weather training will also be starting up.
Those courses will be available through April 6th, with an advanced seminar on radar and how to read them on April 19th. They are all online and you can go to the Marshall County Emergency Management page for more information.
