A U.S. District Court judge has sentenced the last of five people in association with meth distribution, in among other locations, the Marshalltown area in 2019.
Rachel Ann Danielson of St. Paul, Minnesota, to 144 months in prison for conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of actual methamphetamine.
Last November, Jeremy Beason of Marshalltown was sentenced to 240 months of prison and Tiffany Wagner, was ordered to jail for 96 months for the same offense. Both Beason and Wagner are from Marshalltown. Following their prison terms, Beason was ordered to serve five years of supervised release and Wagner was ordered to serve three years of supervised release. This matter was investigated by the Mid-Iowa Drug Task Force and the Drug Enforcement Administration.
