Three people were injured in a stabbing incident in Marshalltown during the noon hour yesterday.
Police arrived in the 100 block of North 2nd Street to find a white female and a white male with fairly serious stab wounds. Also located was a younger white male with a minor injury. The younger male stated that he had stabbed at least one of the victims.
All three were transported for medical care and were listed in stable condition. All three knew the others.
No names have yet been released. Police say charges are pending in the incident.
