The identity of the third person involved with Sexual Exploitation and Inappropriate Sexual Contact between a school employee and a student was a shock to some. Former MHS Associate Principal William Terry is the man who shot himself when Marshalltown Police went to arrest him in Ames last week. Terry had resigned from his post earlier this month.

Terry was known as the hip-hop administrator for his rap videos. He was the third person employed within the district to be investigated with inappropriate contact with a student. Marshalltown Police say there are no other similar cases that the department is working on.
