Soon, you’ll be able to make your way around the Linn Creek Trail again in Marshalltown. Part of the trail has been torn up for replacement work. Work that Marshalltown Parks & rec Director Geoff Hubbard is almost completed.

One project that is going to take longer…as in years…is the removal of the stumps from all trees that have had to come down either due to the derecho or due to the Emerald Ash Borer. Hubbard says the plan is to determine how much they can expense for next year and begin in one part of town and move to the next.
