Just hours after the stunner of Lincoln Riley being formally introduced as the head football coach at USC, LSU plucked Notre Dame boss Brian Kelly to take over the Tiger football program. It didn’t take long for some national media to float the idea of Iowa State’s Matt Campbell as one of the top candidates to succeed Kelly in South Bend.

The Campbell watch continues, as Matt’s name continues to be brought up when it comes to any head coaching vacancy of any renown.
