Two Marshalltown men are bring inducted into the Iowa High School Baseball Coaches Association’s Hall of Fame this coming weekend.
Former baseball player Reggie Stalzer and long-time umpire Jay Flora are among those who will be honored Saturday during the organization’s annual awards banquet in Cedar Rapids.
Stalzer is a 1986 Marshalltown High School graduate who played on back-to-back state championship teams as a player.
Flora, who was inducted into the Iowa High School Athletic Association’s Officials Hall of Fame in 2020, has been an Iowa High School baseball umpire since 1981.
