A Marshalltown man will serve time in jail for his alleged involvement in a convenience store robbery in northern Iowa last summer.
Brock Casady, 36, is accused of cutting a hole in a bathroom ceiling at a Yesway convenience store in Mason City during the early morning hours of July 7th, where he then stole over $200 worth of merchandise and attempted to remove the store’s safe.
A warrant was issued for Casady’s arrest last month. He was arrested by authorities on Thursday and is being held in the Cerro Gordo county jail on $5,000 cash bond.
