Marshalltown police have arrested a man accused of engaging in inappropriate sexual behavior with a child.

Thirty-three-year-old Ko Ya was arrested by police Thursday afternoon on a charge of assault with intent to commit sexual abuse and two counts of engaging in indecent contact with a child.
