The IowaWorks Marshalltown office later this week will be hosting a two-day hiring event in the area in partnership with Iowavalley Continuing Education and the Marshalltown Community School District.

The event, taking place on February 25th and 26th, will focus on the 100 plus job openings the school district currently has available, including positions for substitute teachers, paraeducators, bus drivers, food service, custodians, and more.

All job seekers in the Marshalltown area are encouraged to attend.

The special hiring event will be held Friday, Feb. 25th from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, Feb. 26th from 9 a.m. until noon at Dejardin Hall, located on the Iowa Valley Community College Marshalltown  campus.
