The city of Marshalltown is hosting a job fair this week at Veteran’s Memorial Coliseum on West State Street.

The event initially kicked off on Wednesday, Mar. 16th with a variety of positions being advertised for prospective job seekers.

The job fair will continue on Friday, Mar. 18th from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, Mar. 19th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Veteran’s Memorial Coliseum.

Seasonal/Temporary positions that are being advertised by the city of Marshalltown include: Park Aid, Compost Facility Attendant, Day Camp Supervisor, Summer Blast Directors, Camp Marshalltown Directors. Live Wire Sparks Director, Pool Managers and Lifeguards, Concession/Admission Managers, Slide Operators and Blastball Instructors.

Part-Time positions that are bring advertised by the city include Library Services Clerk and Transit Operator.

The city is also looking to fill three full-time positions including:  Parking Enforcement Officer, Police Officer, and Civil Engineering Assistant II.

Again, the city of Marshalltown Job Fair is continuing for  prospective applicants on Friday, Mar. 18th and Saturday, March 19th at Veteran’s Memorial Coliseum, which is located at 20 West State Street.
