A heated dispute between two men at a Marshalltown area bar has resulted in  both subjects being arrested by Marshalltown Police on disorderly conduct charges.

Early this morning, Marshalltown Police were called to a local tavern on South Center Street in response to a report of two men becoming involved in a physical confrontation at the business.

Forty-three-year-old Donald Eicher III, and 45-year-old Clayton Jensen, were both arrested by police and formally charged with Disorderly Conduct-Fighting/Violent Behavior.

Marshalltown Police have filed charges against a woman in connection with a personal injury motor vehicle accident that occurred Saturday evening.

Shortly before 10 p.m., Marshalltown Police responded to a report of a personal injury accident at the intersection of East Main Street and 7th Avenue.

Upon further investigation, 21-year-old Alesha Johnson was arrested by police and formally charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol, Failing to Maintain Control of Her Vehicle, and Failing to Provide Proof of Financial Liability Through Motor Vehicle Insurance.
