The Iowa Valley Community College District Board of Directors held their Bi-Annual Retreat on Wednesday at the MCC campus in Marshalltown.

The retreat gave board members the opportunity to do some long-term planning on strategic things like board self- evaluation, the potential acquisition of onboard management software for board meetings, highlights of the Fund 3 study, and a general update on bond projects.

IVCCC Chancellor Kristie Fisher later led board member sand administration on a tour of the Marshalltown campus, highlighting some of the more notable improvements that have taken place recently at MCC.
