Marshalltown Police have apprehended a Laurel man being sought by authorities on two outstanding arrest warrants.

Twenty-five-year-old Brennan Johnson of Laurel was being sought by police on outstanding warrants for allegedly failing to appear in court on criminal charges related to the unauthorized use of a credit card, and for allegedly failing to appear on criminal charges related to assault.

According to Marshalltown Police Chief Mike Tupper, Johnson has been located and arrested by local authorities.
