The Poweshiek County Supervisors approved a proposed amendment to the county’s 2022 fiscal year budget during their regular meeting held on Tuesday, May 31st.

A total of $180,000 was added to the mental health region account, increasing the total fund account balance to $305,000.

The board also approved a resolution reflecting the latest HIPPA privacy officer and committee changes.

A collective bargaining agreement was also approved between the Poweshiek County Secondary Roads Department and Public Professional and Maintenance Employees, Local 2003.
