Scott Allen is the architect working on the Marshall County Courthouse.  Scott has worked on many difficult projects.  He first mentions when he first saw a video of the 2018 Tornado.

Scott mentions that the last time the building was updated was in the 70s so not all of the codes were up to date

John Cochrane designed both the Iowa State Capitol and the Marshall County Court house.  Scott and his team were familiar with John’s notes.

This was helpful because through John’s notes he was able to help them understand the building better.   The Courthouse will be rededicated Saturday at 1pm on the southside.
