Sad news as we now live in a world without Laverne OR Shirley. Cindy Williams died last Wednesday, after what her family calls a brief illness and announced her passing just yesterday. “Laverne & Shirley” debuted at #1 in 1976. It would last eight seasons, but a contract dispute resulted in Cindy’s Shirley being written out of the final season. Cindy Williams was 75.

Were you impressed when Morgan Wallen’s second album, “Dangerous: The Double Album”, had 30 songs? Child’s play. Yesterday he revealed that his new album, “One Thing at a Time”, has 36 songs. It’s out March 3rd, but the pre-sale started last night. There are also duets with a few people you may recognize. Eric Church, Ernest, and Hardy.

Lisa Marie Presley was reportedly taking opioids leading up to her death. She was also on an extreme weight loss regimen and had dropped up to 50 pounds in about six weeks. Toxicology results are pending, so the cause of death hasn’t been determined yet.

Exciting news for Dierks Bentley he’ll perform before the 65th Daytona 500 on February 19th. It won’t be the first time he’s done NASCAR. He performed during Speedweeks in 2009 and at the 2011 Daytona 500. He also played prior to the championship race in 2021 at Phoenix.

An update on San Francisco 49ers rookie QB sensation Brock Purdy will be sidelined for six months, due to the elbow injury he suffered in the NFC Championship game against the Eagles. ESPN’s Adam Schefter confirmed the seriousness of the injury minutes ago … saying Purdy will be out until at least July … and he’s currently getting a second opinion to figure out if he needs surgery.

Glen Powell from “Twisters” and “Top Gun Maverick” fame, called in to a lookalike contest of him in his home town of Austin, Texas. And he gave the winner the opportunity to put their parents or any family member in his next movie. Glen’s mom Cyndy was even in the crowd to give her approval and called up Glen on FaceTime to share a message. The winner was a physician's assistant from Austin. In addition to Glen's prize, he also got $5 . . . a cowboy hat . . . and free queso from Torchy's for a year.

Blake Shelton tells PEOPLE magazine that he loves Thanksgiving. He says they go all out…they’ve got a huge family and whatever they want to try…he’s down for. Just bring it on…He makes enough food and knows there’ll be leftovers…he loves the fall, Football and is a huge Arizona Cardinals Fan…well…no one said he was perfect…

The Daily Star reports Diddy's plea for house arrest on his private island in Florida has been rejected by a New York City judge. Who saw that coming!!! Anyone? The rapper's legal team suggested he serve house arrest in his Manhattan apartment with added security. Diddy is facing charges of trafficking and other crimes, which he denies.
