According to a social media post by the Marshalltown Police Department, Shane Dean Rose was arrested yesterday. This was the 38th time he has been arrested by the Marshalltown Police Department in the last 23 years. Rose, who is 45, was charged with Felon Theft on Thursday morning after the Marshalltown Police Department executed a search warrant at 530 N 1st St. Marshalltown Police Chief, Mike Tupper, notes in the social media post that the 38 arrests are just the Marshalltown Police Department and does not include if he was arrested by any other jurisdictions. Rose is booked in the Marshall County Jail, no dates have been made available about a hearing or trial.
