Welcome to The List,
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle almost met the same fate as Harry’s mom Princess Diana. At least that’s what Harry’s people are saying. On Tuesday night, Meghan received an award at a ceremony in New York City. Meghan, Harry, and Meghan’s mom left the ceremony at about 10:00 p.m., got into an SUV and drove off, with a police escort. The paparazzi followed, and things got dangerous. Harry’s rep says, quote, “This relentless pursuit, lasting over 2 hours, resulted in multiple near collisions involving other drivers on the road, pedestrians and 2 NYPD officers.” Sources say photographers were driving on the sidewalk, running red lights, and driving the wrong way on one-way streets.

Alec Baldwin’s next movie will be “Kent State”, about the deadly confrontation between Ohio National Guardsmen and student protesters during the Vietnam War. Interesting choice for a guy known for his own gun tragedy. Alec will play Kent State president Robert White.

Jelly Roll tells The New York Times newspaper that he used to tell his daughter’s friends that he drew his tattoos on when he came to see them. “When my daughter was in kindergarten, it was so funny. All of her little friends would go, “What is all that stuff on your face?” I was like, “You won’t believe this, I only draw this on when I come see y’all so y’all are excited about it.” So they believed it, right? It was so precious.”

Yesterday we reported that Arnold is hanging up the terminator, but the one roll he really wants to revisit. Conan the Barbarian. There’s been back and forth as far as the rights…and scripts for the last 10 years and whispers of Netflix picking it up. At this point we’re at a wait and see.

Welcome to The List,
Game show host Chuck Woolery died on Saturday at his home in Texas. . . . TMZ reports that he went to lie down because he wasn't feeling well.
Chuck was the original host of "Wheel of Fortune" back in the late '70s . . . he went on to host the "Scrabble" game show in the '80s . . . and of course "Love Connection" from 1983 to 1994.
He also did some later shows, like "Lingo" on the Game Show Network, and "Greed" on Fox.
There's no word on a cause of death, Chuck Woolery was 83…

"Billboard" put out their list of the Top 100 Country Singers of All Time . . . and some folks are less than pleased. Specifically, because Taylor Swift was ranked above Brooks & Dunn, Hank Williams Jr., and Toby Keith. Also, Jason Aldean didn't even make the list at all..what’s THAT all about…..
-----
Kansas City Chiefs superstar Patrick Mahomes is making around $50 million a year. But now, his wallet will be 0.03% LIGHTER . . . thanks to FINGER GUNS.
The NFL has fined Patrick $14,069 for the "violent gesture" he made last week, while celebrating a touchdown. He'd just scored on Buffalo, and Patrick used both hands to mimic firing dual pistols.
Let's be honest . . . he wouldn't have been fined for mimicking a bow and arrow . . . throwing knives . . . or dramatically acting out the extremely violent "finishing moves" from "Mortal Kombat". (Although that would be amusing.)

Chris Stapleton and Brooks & Dunn are now tied with the most CMA Awards in history. They have 19 wins each.
You can catch The List, weekdays at 4:20 with Jonathan Knight. Only on Iowa’s BEST Country KIX 101.1
