The Esports world is continuing to grow year after year, it got a nice boost this fall when Marshalltown High School Graduate and Marshalltown Community College player, Amber Lawthers, won the National Championship in Mario Kart!  Marshalltown, as a community, now seems all in on Esports.

That is Esports Coordinator at the Marshalltown High School, Logan Wolf.  Wolf talks about why Marshalltown made it an easy decision for the state.

The overflow of teams will also use the Esports Arena at the High School and MCC if necessary.  It will be great to have another state event in Marshalltown to show of our community.
