Tonight kicks off the start of Oktemberfest in Marshalltown, the festivities will begin at 5pm.  Stephanie Anderson, volunteer with Oktemberfest, lets us know what is happening tonight.

Anderson wants people to know that the route has changed for the parade on Saturday.  With State St. construction, the city wants to keep Main Street clear to be used as a detour.
