This Sunday will be the 3rd Festival Cultural happening in the 13th Street District in West End Park. This event is put on by the Arts and Culture Alliance and Amber Danielson, Arts and Culture Alliance Executive Director, talks about some of the events happening.
The event will run from 12 noon – 5pm this Sunday. Danielson talks about an event happening at the top of every hour, the youth will love it, but they may need some help from the adults.
