After what happened in Perry on January 4th, it is good to review our local law enforcement’s response if that situation would ever happen here. Marshalltown Police Chief Mike Tupper joined the KFJB line to talk about what we can do if it happens here.
The Chief shares a statistic that there is more than 1 mass shooting in the United States per day. A mass shooting is defined by more than 4 people being shot.
While the police department will continue to sharpen their skills, Chief Tupper feels the public should also know what to do in an active shooter situation.
