The RAGBRAI route has officially been announced and riders will be seeing the sites of southern Iowa. The 51st route is the 8th shortest route at 434 miles, but is considered the hilliest ride in RAGBRAI history. The ride starts July 21st in Glenwood and will end July 27th in Burlington. Overnight stops will happen at Red Oak, Atlantic, Winterset, Knoxville, Ottumwa, Mount Pleasant and Burlington. The longest day will be Friday, July 26th, Ottumwa to Mount Pleasant. That day is scheduled for 82 miles, closely followed by Tuesday Atlantic to Winterset, which is 79 miles.
