Early Saturday morning, late Friday night, around 1:20am the Marshalltown Police Department was dispatched to the Center Street Station for a shooting.  Here is Police Chief Mike Tupper talking about the incident.

The victim was identified as 41-year-old, Ramon Alexis Feliciano Nieves, of Marshalltown.  Chief Tupper said the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation is assisting with the on-going investigation.

The Police Department have announced that they are looking for a suspect, 18-year-old, Victor Antonio Delgadillo.  Anyone aware of his location is asked to reach out to the Marshalltown Police Department.
