The Marshalltown Bobcat baseball team traveled to take on the Ames Little Cyclones last night.  It was a tough night for the bobcats who entered the day 1 – 10 on the season.  The bobcats falls in both games, game 1 14 – 2 and game 2 13 – 3.  The Bobcats they will hit the practice field today, but tomorrow they will head back out on the road for a doubleheader against Des Moines East.

The Bobcat softball team also traveled to take on the Ames Little Cyclones yesterday.  The Little Cyclones pull away in the first game and win 12 – 2.  The bobcats were able to keep it closer in game 2 but still lost to the Little Cyclones 4 – 1.  The Bobcats will play a total of 9 games this week, they have 2 more scheduled for tomorrow at Des Moines East.
