OUR KIX CRITTER OF THE WEEK IS BLU!! HIS ADOPTION FEE IS 50% OFF!!

Blu is an 3 year old Labrador/pit mix that came to the ARL as an owner surrender. You might recognize him from the Homecoming parade.

He is a sweet boy who would do best in a home with older kids. Blu loves to be outside and would love a big fenced in backyard or acreage. Blu does well with adults and can be quite affectionate and playful.

He is a cautious around other dogs so a meet and greet with any resident dogs will be required before adoption. Blu is up to date on vaccinations, neutered, and microchipped. If you are interested in Blu, please stop by the front desk or call 641-753-9046.

The biggest fallout from the country music side of the Billboard Music Awards was Beyoncé winning Top Country Female Artist . . . She beat out Lainey Wilson, and Megan Moroney.  And a lot of folks were not happy.  What is going ON in Country music…..Some people are ok with this…I am not one of them…

Riley Green and his father LOVE decorating for Christmas…his favorite though?  Has to be inflatables… “We found out we can buy those, like, snow globes and the big blow up animals and Santa's and reindeer, we definitely have a Clark Griswold-type of quality, me and Pop do, when it comes to decorating outside.”
