David Blaine talks to Jimmy Fallon about his new special on YouTube called ‘Ascension.’ The 47 year old magician wants to grab a handful of helium balloons and float away. “But of course anything over anything over 18-thousand feet becomes more and more dangerous because temperatures drop and you can become hypoxic and things like that so I’ve been practicing and learning all of that.” ‘Ascension’ airs August 31st on YouTube.

People Magazine says the Nashville Metro Council has approved a sign for Morgan Wallen’s bar nearly seven months after initially denying it. The decision comes after Wallen appeared in court for throwing a chair off the roof of a Nashville bar.

The Grand Ole Opry turns 100 next year and they are planning a lot of celebrations.  It will begin on January 3rd with a showcase from the Opry's longest-tenured member, 87-year-old Bill Anderson.
