The List for Friday, December 2nd 2022

Welcome to The List,

What do you do when you have more money than you know what to do with…well, if you’re Kim Kardashian you hire a pianist to wake up your kids every morning with Christmas songs. So, of course, people had to share their thoughts.  Here are some of the comments online: Amanda Hirsch from the “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast posted, quote, “I guess rich people don’t use Spotify,” with a video of herself playing a toy piano. Then someone commented, quote, “And this is why she needs that [$200,000 a month] child support.”

Luke Bryan recently told a great behind-the-scenes story from “American Idol”.  He was on the set Face Timing with his 14-year-son “Bo” when Katy Perry made the mistake of eavesdropping.  Here’s Luke talking about it, “So [Bo] goes, ‘Dad, do we have any doe pee around here?’  Which is doe urine.  [Katy] was like, ‘Did your son just ask you, do you have any dope around the house?’  “I said, ‘Katy, he’s asking for doe pee,’ and she goes, ‘like urine from an animal?’  I was like, ‘yes, that’s what we use to bring the big bucks in.’  I feel sorry for her and Lionel [Richie] and the country education that they have to get from me.”

Morgan Wallen released a three-song set today called “One Thing At A Time – Sampler”.  All three tracks will be on his next album, whenever that drops.  Also, he announced the dates of his 2023 world tour. His One Night At A Time World Tour will kick off with some dates Down Under in March.  The North American leg starts April 15th in Milwaukee, and stretches all the way into October. He’ll be bringing Hardy, Parker McCollum, Ernest, and Bailey Zimmerman along to open select shows.  The dates closes to kix country include Milwaukee April 15th , Moline Il April 28th  and Chicago June 23rd.

Walt Disney World employees banded together to march for fair wages on Wednesday. The large group, many of whom were still dressed in costumes. Disney has not publicly commented on the Wednesday rally. The status of negotiations remains unclear at this time. But seeing Snow White with a sign that says “Magic doesn’t pay the bills”…might bring some people to the table.
