Granger Smith boils life down to its essentials on “Country Things,” the just-released title track of a new double album he’s got in the works. The first half of that project, Country Things Vol. 1, will be out on September 25. In the eight-song first chapter, Granger offers a look into his family life and also feature a guest appearance from Granger’s colorful, oddball alter-ego, Earl Dribbles Jr.

You may have heard by now, Black Panther star Chadwick Boseman has died after a private four-year battle with colon cancer, his representative said on Friday. He passed at his home in L A with his wife and family by his side. Chadwick was diagnosed with stage III colon cancer in 2016, and battled with it these last 4 years as it progressed to stage IV,”. He did seven movies and all were filmed during and between countless surgeries and chemotherapy. Which proves Hollywood CAN keep a secret when they need to…Chadwick Boseman was 43.
AV Club says Sylvester Stallone is readying a director’s cut of ”Rocky 4.” He says he is going to remove Paulie’s Birthday robot from the film. (AUDIO) Stallone added “The robot is going to the junkyard forever, no more robot. I don’t like the robot anymore.”
