Charlie Daniels’ Volunteer Jam will return next year, highlighting the life and legacy of the late country and southern rock singer. Alabama, Ricky Skaggs, Chris Janson, and many more are on the ticket to perform. Additionally, Charlie’s longtime outfit The Charlie Daniels Band will perform as part of the tribute to the late performer. The 2021 Volunteer Jam: A Musical Salute to Charlie Daniels is scheduled to take place next February 22 at 7PM CT. The event will be held in downtown Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena.

Thomas Rhett Says He’s Been keeping pretty busy during the quarantine – “it’s been 60 something days, I’d probably say I’ve written 35 to 40 songs, there’s definitely no shortage of ideas during this time and I do feel very creative.”

Most everyone knows by now..Luke Combs and Nicole Hocking got married on Saturday. Luke’s manager tells People magazine, “Despite the threat of a hurricane, the couple had a lovely intimate ceremony and will be celebrating with friends and family in the new year.’’

Ellen DeGeneres may be tired of talking. Anonymous insiders at Telepictures said the TV host is ready to hang up her microphone in the wake of recent allegations about “toxic” workplace conditions.The rumor is Late Late Show” host James Corden is “in line” to replace her is she walks…

Remembering Actor Wilford Brimley … Brimley died over the weekend at the age of 85. He was best known for his roles in ‘Cocoon’ and ‘The Natural.’ He also starred in the ‘Quaker Oats’ commercials.

Entertainment Tonight says ”American Idol” is going to hold virtual auditions for next season. They say holding remote auditions will allow them to take auditions from all 50 states. The show’s producers will be screening the auditions on FaceTime.

I don't know if it's the last time I'll play in Cleveland, but it kinda felt like I was just giving it one last hoorah before I'm done because I've only played there twice in 12 years.

People Magazine says the Nashville Metro Council has approved a sign for Morgan Wallen’s bar nearly seven months after initially denying it. The decision comes after Wallen appeared in court for throwing a chair off the roof of a Nashville bar.

The Grand Ole Opry turns 100 next year and they are planning a lot of celebrations.  It will begin on January 3rd with a showcase from the Opry's longest-tenured member, 87-year-old Bill Anderson.
