We start today with Carrie Underwood opening for Guns N’ Roses on Saturday in Canada. Fans were treated to a mix of her hits, plus covers of some iconic rock songs. Several videos of her performance have been making rounds. And we have the receipts…check them out on our website under The List. She did a great cover of the Heart classic “Alone”. Before Paul Reubens passed, he completed over 40 hours of interviews for an upcoming HBO documentary about Pee-Wee Herman. Also, fans have been leaving flowers at the South Pasadena house used in “Pee-Wee’s Big Adventure”. And Danny Elfman honored him at his concert Saturday.

The Grand Ole Opry announced Tuesday (August 1st) that Jon Pardi will officially become a member on October 24th. Pardi was officially asked to join the Opry while performing at the Stagecoach festival in April. “When I first saw Guy (Fieri) on stage, I was like, ‘What is Guy doing on stage and how’d he get a microphone?’ He knew about it for a long time and like we’re buddies, he never said anything.” Pardi heads out on his headlining Mr. Saturday Night World Tour this month with dates coming up in the U.S., Canada, and several across Europe including stops in the U.K., before heading back stateside for his Oct. 24th Opry induction.

This is interesting….Netflix is releasing a movie where VIEWERS decide the ending… It’s their first-ever interactive rom-com where viewers will decide how the film ends. ”Choose Love” is about a recording engineer, who has to choose between three lovers … her current boyfriend, a pop star and an old crush. Cami goes to a psychic for help. ”Choose Love” starts streaming on August 31st.

As the Barbie movie makes another $30-million at the box office. Mattel is releasing a Weird Barbie Doll. It costs $50. It’s description reads: ”If anyone knows anything about keeping it weird, it’s Weird Barbie, a breakout character from Barbie The Movie. It doesn’t end there…no, The New York Post says dozens of women have gotten a Barbie nose job. Plastic surgeons crafted their noses to look just like Barbie’s. Barbie nose jobs cost an average of $4,000 overseas while in the U.S. they can cost as much as $30,000. MY question is it Margot Robbie’s nose? Or …more of a triangular nose you might find on a doll let’s say….
