Joe Don Rooney has pleaded guilty from last year’s DUI arrest. He’ll spend 48 hours in jail, starting THIS Wednesday. He’s also required to complete DUI training, and will lose his driver’s license. He can apply for a special restricted license if he installs an “ignition device” on his car.

Alan Jackson has pulled out of performing at this year’s CMA Fest. No reason was given, but everyone is speculating that it’s related to his degenerative nerve condition. According to reports, he IS scheduled to do his Knoxville, Tennessee show on June 25th

A guy who released a song called “All I Want for Christmas Is You” five years before Mariah Carey is suing her for $20 million. There’s nothing similar about the songs at all except for the title. There are A LOT of songs that have same titles, so it’s not clear if he’s got a case.

“Spider-Man: No Way Home” and “Euphoria” won Best Movie and Best Show, respectively, at last night’s “MTV Movie and TV Awards”. Jack Black was named Comedic Genius, and Jennifer Lopez got the Generation Award.

The Rock surprised his mom over the weekend with a new house. He spent eight weeks designing it and filled it with special items like photos of their ancestors, a vintage ukulele collection, and a new “Smackdown Room” to display memorabilia of his, like WWE belts and posters.
