Brett Young and his wife broke up many times before they got married, if fact he says the experience was one of his biggest influences in his writing.  So if he was to give “advice” on marriage…it would be… “One that I was given, that really, really worked for us when we first got married, was just because you’re married doesn’t mean you can stop dating. You gotta keep dating, and you have to make time, you have to be intentional about setting dates. That worked for us, now we have two young girls, and we like, for a second we forgot to do that. We thought, okay, everything is given to the kids now, and that’s acceptable. That’s what you should do. You love your children, you give them everything. You can’t stop making time, you know.”

And if you haven’t seen it yet? “The Super Mario Brothers Movie” hit $1 BILLION at the global box office…

Great news for Jon Pardi!!  He’s been invited to join the Grand Ole Opry.  It happened during his performance at Stagecoach on Friday when Alan Jackson appeared on the big screen with the invite.  Jon will be the first native of California to be an official member.

Michael J. Fox turns 62 next month, He was 29 when he was first diagnosed with Parkinson’s back in 1990. A new documentary called “Still: A Michael J. Fox Movie” is coming out on Apple TV+ on May 12th . . . where he shares his struggles and triumphs.  Michael just did an interview with “CBS Sunday Morning” to hype it, and he shared a stark reality:  He said, “I’m not gonna lie, it’s getting harder.  Every day gets tougher.  But that’s the way it is . .  I’ve been thinking of the mortality of it . . . I’m not going to 80.”

—–

And finally, Bubbles . . . the chimp Michael Jackson had in ’80s . . . is now living at a retirement home in Florida, and he just celebrated his 40th birthday with an ape healthy cake and frosted with mashed bananas.
