Jelly Roll tells Entertainment Focus Magazine that inspiration for a song can come from anywhere. If the magic isn’t there, you could have three of the best songwriters in the world together and if the magic isn’t there it just won’t happen. But when it does, it could be 4 in the morning or my wife and I could be in the middle of a serious talk and she’ll get mad at me because I’ll go “Man, that would make a good song or song title!’ And I’ll reach for my phone to make a note of it!”

Carly Pearce spent some time on tour with Tim McGraw earlier this year, and although she’s an avid runner and big into other fitness regimens like Orange Theory and spinning, one workout she has no plans to incorporate into her routine is Tim’s intense CrossFit training. “Yeah, I’m not gonna be a part of Tim McGraw’s workouts because quite frankly, I don’t think I could keep up. I did pull the tire up and I got it up, but he said that he will flip the tire the length of like a football field, y’all. And I’m just not going to do that. I will stick to running.
