The List for Tuesday, April 16th 2024

Welcome to The List,

What would you pay for a 1993 Ford Bronco?  I think you know where I’m going with this . . .We’re talking about O.J. Simpson’s infamous white Bronco.  It’s currently on loan to the Alcatraz East Crime Museum in Tennessee, but its owners are thinking about selling, and they’re hoping to get at least $1.5 MILLION for it.  They claim the plan was always to sell this year, because it’s the 30th anniversary of the chase.  O.J.’s death was just a coincidence.  And possibly a lucrative one.

Jelly Roll is down almost 70 pounds.  And on top of that, he just said he is quote, “planning on losing another 100-something pounds.”  It’s going to be crazy when he debuts his new skinnier self. Back in January, he was challenged to compete in a race called the “Two Bears 5K” that takes place in May with comedians Bert Kreischer and Tom Segura.  And he’s taking the challenge seriously. Saying “I don’t know if ‘running’ is going to be the word, but I’m definitely going to get the 3.1 miles done . . . probably a brisk power walk.  My goal is to be able to do a 15-minute mile.”

Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, the armorer on the set of the Alec Baldwin movie “Rust”, has been sentenced to 18 months in prison for involuntary manslaughter.  That’s the maximum she could have received. It’s still not clear how live rounds ended up on the “Rust” set. . Alec Baldwin’s involuntary manslaughter trial is scheduled to begin in July.  He could also get 18 months.

Jimmy Buffett was honored last week with a tribute show at the Hollywood Bowl.  Eric Church led a star-studded performance of “Margaritaville”, that included Sheryl Crow, Paul McCartney, and the Eagles.

The List for Thursday, March 6th 2025

Welcome to The List,

Page Six reports that Ben Affleck is allegedly open to rekindling things with Jennifer Garner—because apparently, he’s trying to complete the Jennifer Infinity Gauntlet.   But Garner is reportedly not interested, which makes sense—why go back to your ex when you’ve upgraded to a man who doesn’t look like he lost a fight with Dunkin’ Donuts?

Eric Church's bar, Chief's, now has a drink named after Morgan Wallen called "The Chair".  It’s a $19 Vodka drink, that features a small folding chair hanging over the rim. Chief's is where Morgan was arrested last year for throwing a chair off a six-story balcony.

Deadline Hollywood says a Randy Travis biopic is in the works. Clay Walker will play Travis in his 40s and 50s in the upcoming film. The movie, titled "Forever And Ever, Amen," will showcase Travis' legendary music career.  Travis and his wife Mary are executive producers.

RadarOnline reports that celebrities are terrified they might go blind from using Ozempic—because apparently, nothing says “Hollywood” like risking your eyesight just to fit into a size zero.  Doctors say the drug has been linked to vision loss, which means some stars might finally have an excuse for their terrible movie choices.
