The List for Tuesday, July 20th 2021

Welcome to The List,

We ALL have out favorite songs…Cole Swindell Says ‘Single Saturday Night’ is his “’Single Saturday Night’ is one of my favorite songs I’ve ever put out and it’s pretty much just talking about doing the same old thing…one night you meet somebody that changes your life….and cheers to the last single Saturday night of all of our lives”

Jason Aldean is celebrating his 25th number one hit ‘Blame It On You’ “So “Blame It On You” was a song that I got, it was actually written by a couple of guys in my band, Kurt Alison and Tully Kennedy, my guitar player and bass player.  It was one that just kind of grabbed me right off the bat and I’m really glad we cut it.” Jason tells CMT that he may be a bit rusty when he resumes touring in August after taking a year off…

Blake Shelton tells Parade magazine that he’s getting more choosy with what songs he records. Saying he used to record whatever songs he thought sounded good. But now, he tries to picture if anyone back home would crank it up in his truck.

OK! magazine says ABC has a wish list for the next season of ”Dancing With the Stars”. A source says producers are interested in LeAnn Rimes, Fran Drescher and Meghan McCain. Sadly, no Brandon Lewis, Doris Day or Jonathan Knight…we…are…bummed….

Amazon Founder Jeff Bezos successfully went into space this morning taking his brother Mark,  the youngest student 18 year old Oliver Daemen and the oldest woman in space Wally Funk at 82 – “We’re going to show the world what can be done in space and how we can act and think and how we want to bring things back to people.”Pretty inspiring.  It was a 10 min 10 second trip onboard Blue Origin’s rocket ship called ‘New Shepard’ and took off at 9:12 Eastern from a private launch site in Van Horn Texas.
