Welcome to The List,
John Goodman got serious about his health back in 2007, when he tipped the scales at 400 pounds. Now, he literally weighs HALF that. He was able to lose that weight by changing his habits. He says, quote, “In the old days, I would take three months out, lose 60 or 70 pounds, and then reward myself with a six-pack or whatever and just go back to my old habits. John follows a Mediterranean-style diet, comprised mainly of fish, olive oil, nuts, fruits and vegetables . . . and he gets at least 10,000 to 12,000 steps a day.

Megan Moroney was so excited writing ‘Tennessee Orange’ that she didn’t think about her mothers reaction. “I thought that because I put on a Tennessee shirt, and it felt so wrong that I knew that if I felt that strongly about it…that I could write a song about it. I sent it to my mom and she was like, are you kidding me? She’s a huge Georgia fan and she didn’t want the story to be true”.

Sunday at Bebe Rexha’s show at Pier 17 in Manhattan, a fan threw a phone up on stage…sometimes you might get a cool selfie..or they might call your mom from your phone…unless of course the phone like in THIS case HIT Bebe Rexha in the face! Bebe went to her knees..it stopped the show and SHE went to the hospital for stitches over her eye. Bebe posted on Instagram yesterday, and said, “I’m good” in the caption. Oh, and the guy who threw the phone was arrested and charged with FELONY assault.

Parmalee star Matt Thomas tells CountryNow.com that putting down his guitar was the best move he ever made. “We were struggling and couldn’t figure out why. Then our manager told me to try putting down my guitar and focus on singing and entertaining the audience. Best piece of advice I ever got. The fans loved it. I still pick up the guitar now and then to show people I remember how to use it.”

Sylvester Stallone tells the Wall Street Journal that he gives the following advice to his daughters’ dates. “I know how these guys think. I happen to have been one. It’s nature, but I want to let them know. I say, ‘OK, when you’re trying to kiss her, it’s like you’re trying to kiss me at the same time.’ I’m very connected to my family, so if you do something that’s inappropriate, it’s like you did it to me. And there’s going to be an issue and it’s going to be a great deal of pain.” FIRST….Gross…second…well, ok there isn’t one…Gross…
