Brad Paisley is MORE than a country music superstar… tells People magazine that he performed surgery on his son’s puffer fish. “He read that sometimes you have to trim their beaks because their teeth get too long. He put him in a bucket, he started to drift and go sideways, I grabbed him, clipped his beak and thought I killed him — but he made it!
