The List for Wednesday, February 8th 2023

Welcome to The List,

Everyone from time to time needs their space….Aaron Rodgers is no different.  He’s reportedly doing a four-day darkness retreat to decide his future in the NFL.  He’ll be in complete isolation four days of sensory deprivation, so no TV or music.  But yes, he IS going to continue to play football.

In case you missed it, Ashton Kutcher and Reese Witherspoon had their red-carpet premiere for their upcoming Netflix movie, “Your Place or Mine”.  And the photos are, well, AWKWARD. Ashton and Reese kept their distance and just stood side-by-side; Ashton wanted to avoid affair rumors. The rumor is we don’t like each other.”  When in fact Reese and I are really good friends.  We’re really close.  I don’t have to defend that.”

—–

Zach Bryan’s Twitter account mysteriously disappeared on Monday, and nobody knows why.  This is a guy who loves Tweeting out his opinions and hot takes. He could be pulling a Taylor Swift, she wiped her social media before rolling out new music a few years ago. Whatever the reason, the timing is weird because he’s got a lot going on.  “Something in the Orange” is a massive hit . . . his Burn, Burn, Burn tour is about to start . . . and his beloved Philadelphia Eagles are in the Super Bowl.

—–

Maybe you saw it yesterday on social media, Luke Combs unveiling the track list to his new album “Gettin’ Old”.  He had a hand in writing most of the tracks, but it also includes his cover of the Tracy Chapman classic “Fast Car”, “Gettin’ Old” is out March 24th.

—–

The next Mission Impossible movie has been put on hold so Tom Cruise can attend King Charles’ coronation May 6th. ”Tom has been invited and there is no way he would have ever turned it down. It shocked some people on the film, because Tom is so dedicated and normally wouldn’t deviate from his intense production schedules. But something as important as King Charles’s Coronation is something he would not want to miss out on.

—–

Trace Adkins is getting ready to hit the road he’s announced some dates for his ‘Somewhere In America’ tour.  It kicks off Friday in Lancaster, Pennsylvania . . . and there are shows each month through October.  With a couple dates in Iowa…one is taking him to the ABATE Freedom Park in Algona July 1st and another in Council Bluffs Iowa at Harrah’s Stir Concert Cove July 6th.  Chances are more dates will be added.

Carly Pearce spent some time on tour with Tim McGraw earlier this year, and although she’s an avid runner and big into other fitness regimens like Orange Theory and spinning, one workout she has no plans to incorporate into her routine is Tim’s intense CrossFit training. “Yeah, I’m not gonna be a part of Tim McGraw’s workouts because quite frankly, I don’t think I could keep up. I did pull the tire up and I got it up, but he said that he will flip the tire the length of like a football field, y’all. And I’m just not going to do that. I will stick to running. If Tim McGraw wants to do a running challenge, let’s go.”

-----

Some people may not know that one of Justin Moore’s favorite hobbies is cooking. He loves to try new recipes and often watches the Food Network for inspiration. We wondered if Justin has ever considered putting all those family recipes and his other favorites into a cookbook. “I would certainly be up for it. I’ve not ever thought about it, but I think it would be somethin’ that would be fun to do.”

-----

The 42nd president is currency hospitalized after coming down with a fever that required medical attention. NBC News reports Bill Clinton is in a Washington, D.C. hospital on his own accord.
